1989 Business Letter: Bizianes Music Mart on Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY.  I was in the store and one of my bosses' daughter married the son of the music store!  The letter/informational sheet introduces "you to the operating procedures necessary to provide you with efficient service (tution, parking, hours, etc).  Some wear to edges and corners, staining, paper discoloration, creases, fold lines, etc.  No rips or tears noted. Please see photos.  Selling as is.   Will mail in via USPS 1st class mail so no tracking or cardboard support.
