Listed for your consideration is a stunning pairing of 3 lovely pieces, consisting of necklace, bracelet, and dangling earrings for pierced ears. The necklace and bracelet are marked as made of .925 Mexican sterling silver by AVANTI. They were made in the 1960s, using a Riccio weave design, which is amazing. The earrings match well, but are not Avanti. They are marked .925 sterling silver, made in Italy.
The necklace is a 16-7/8" long. It has a chevron style, gracefully coming to a V-point, in the middle. , so it actually fits like a 16" choker. It's about 3/8" wide. (43 cm x 8 mm)
The bracelet is a straight line design. Unclasped, it measures 7-1/2" long, by 5/16" wide. (19 cm x 7 mm)
The earrings are studs for pierced ears, and hang 1-1/2" long (3,8 cm).
This is an extraordinarily beautiful, elegant set! The fabulously detailed Riccio weave and the overall design element on the necklace and earrings is simply outstanding, right down to the clasps, which have an elegant safety latch. They come with their original Bloomingdale's jewelry bag, designed to keep silver from tarnishing too quickly. The bag has some stains, but no damage and does the job it was meant to do, so I'm including it.
The pieces are all in excellent condition. They have a lovely patina. If you desire a more bright and shiny appearance, these would clean well with a liquid silver cleaner. No odors. Non-smoking environment. Immediately wearable! Timelessly beautiful! You will not be disappointed!
