French Lick, IND IN Pennant or Banner Circa 1950

Description

This is 17  3/8  by  6.75 inches. It has its tip and all 4 of its tassels. There are 3 thumbtack holes on the left side and 2 more in the last 2 inches of the tip area. There is a partial tear at that point. French Lick was the home of Larry Bird of basketball fame. It along with West Baden Springs were famous as a Spa region for tourists of a 125 years ago.
