Lionel Hamptons Swing Book 1946

Description

Original vintage Lionel Hampton "Swing Book" published by Hampton in 1946 and is one of the rarest documents from the swing/jazz/big band era. There are 160 pages with hundreds of unique photographs of jazz musicians. This includes, Johnny Griffin, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, Billie Holiday, Buddy Rich, ect. This copy is in good condition considering its age. Signs of wear on the front cover and back. The biggest issue is that someone hung it on their wall, so there is a hanging hole through the entire book. Other than that, I only saw one small tear in the front cover. See my detailed photos!
