Presented is a lovely 14 karat gold and moonstone bracelet and earring set. The
bracelet features beautiful moonstone oval cabochons alternating with gold
links. The earrings have moonstone cabochons of the same shape and size, prong
set in gold. Each cabochon is approximately 11 by 8 millimeters in size. The
moonstones are all nicely translucent, with exemplary adularescence, the sheen
typical of moonstone. The earrings have threaded screw style backs, so they are
suitable for both pierced and non-pierced ears, and can be worn quite
comfortably and securely.
The earrings and bracelet are in great overall condition. The moonstones are
securely set. The cabochons have only the slightest of surface abrasions, with
no chips and no cracks. There are no breaks and no repairs.
Each earring is stamped 14k on the back of the post. The bracelet has been
nitric acid tested and is guaranteed 14 karat gold.
