Description

The Morocco 50 Dirhams banknote is part of the 1991 issues. It is green, blue, and orange in color and measures 148 x 70 mm. The obverse side shows an Arabic text, a five-pointed star (Seal of Solomon) as a registration device, kasbah buildings in southern Morocco, and King Hassan II. The reverse side features a French text, stylized flowers, men with rifles on horseback, and a five-pointed star (Seal of Solomon). This TAP authenticated banknote uses a solid security thread with printed Arabic text and contains a watermark with a King Hassan II design.
