Cased silver grade decoration medal with period ribbon. Award document numbered 13140 issued March 28, 1967 named to Kazimierz Kulik. Instituted by the Central Committee of the Socialist Youth Association in 1957. Awarded in 3 grades (gold, silver and bronze) for outstanding merit to the youth movement. Was named in honor of Janek Krasicki (1919-1943), an activist of a socialist youth organization and Polish resistance, arrested by the Germans and killed while trying to escape.
