Vintage Sterling Silver Vermeil Pearl Necklace & Post Earrings Set Blue Sapphire

There is some wear from use, but overall the set looks beautiful! The set is made of sterling silver. I believe the pearl/sapphire are faux, but not 100%. It comes in the original box, but the outside of the box got quite dirty in storage. Please see all photos for condition and feel free to ask any questions.
